This is the best vet around! The staff is kind and takes their time to explain every detail of what to expect with your pet no matter the situation. They have speedy appointments to get you in and out and listen to your concerns. Thank you, Yorkshire, for being so wonderful to myself and my pet.
The only thing I dont like is not going into the room with my kitty. I’m not sure of the reason, but I’m sure it’s valid. Seems expensive, but cheaper than other places around Webster area. Otherwise this place is great! Everyone is super nice and very caring. The doctor helped me finally understand how to feed my kitty for weight loss. No one ever took the time before. She has lost 2 pounds! I highly recommend this place!
We have been very blessed with a good vet, Dr. Henzler in every way of his expertise he brings to the practice . The office staff is very kind and helpful. They have updated the practice in a positive informative way. I have three animals and they trust him.
I love this place! They respond quickly and show true and honest care for the pets. My sister got a puppy, Ahsoka, and she has been sick on and off; they are so quick to respond, giving us tips on how to administer the medicine and tips on how to help our new pup with car sickness. Our pup loves to go there now because she has such a great experience. She’s always wagging her tail, ready to meet the people when we’ve had to see them.
Yorkshire Animal Hospital was absolutely wonderful with our puppy’s spay procedure. Front office staff was extremely kind, patient and helpful. They were very responsive and professional. We had to choose a different veterinarian due to our puppy being a rescue, and I’m so glad we had Yorkshire Animal Hospital as an option. I would highly recommend!
They are amazing over there. The vet techs seem to genuinely love animals with the way they handle and talk to your pets. Also, Dr. Doug was very informative and not in a scientific explanation kind of way but in a way the average person can understand.
